Speech rate

What it does

Speech rate controls how fast Doeviz speaks. Video calls, answers in Chat, navigation guidance, and other app announcements use this setting.

This does not change the speech rate of VoiceOver or TalkBack. Adjust your screen reader's speech rate in the phone's system settings.

How to use it

In Settings, adjust “Speech rate” from slow to fast. The phone previews the new rate by saying “Hello, I'm Doeviz,” so you can decide whether it suits you. Your choice is saved automatically and used for later announcements.
