What it does

Home Screen shortcuts adds frequently used Doeviz features to your Android phone's Home Screen. Each shortcut has an icon that opens the selected feature directly.

How to use it

The page lists the Doeviz features you can add to the Home Screen. Use the feature's original name or choose a new name for the icon.

The available shortcuts cover the same frequently used features as Siri Shortcuts, including Video call, Chat, Navigation, and photo features. Once an icon has been added, tap it to run the corresponding feature.

Home Screen shortcuts appears only on Android phones that support it. Some phones first require you to allow Doeviz to create shortcuts. The app tells you if the current Home Screen does not support them.

If the app says the shortcut was added but no icon appears, check Doeviz's Home Screen shortcut permission in your phone's system settings. Support for shortcuts can also vary between Android launchers.
