My location
What it does
My location helps you find out where you are at any time. Tap it to hear your detailed location and its estimated accuracy. Press and hold to copy your current address information.
When to use it
Use it when you want to know your exact location during navigation or tell someone where you are.
How to use it
The “My location” button is available on the Navigate home page and during navigation. Tap it to hear your approximate address and the estimated location error in meters. The address includes details such as the street, street number, and building name.
“Location error” indicates how accurate the current position estimate is. A smaller number means greater accuracy: an error of 5 meters indicates a relatively accurate location, while an error of 50 meters suggests a weak GPS signal and an inaccurate position. If the error is large, wait a moment or move to an open area and try again.
Press and hold “My location” to copy your location information. Send it to family or friends to help them find you more accurately.
