What it does

Feedback connects you with customer support on WeCom. Contact a person here if you have a problem using Doeviz or a suggestion for improving it.

How to use it

The page shows a WeCom customer support QR code and “Customer support.” If WeChat is installed, use “Customer support” to open a conversation, or scan the QR code with WeChat.

When reporting an issue, include the version number shown on the About page so support knows which app version you are using.
