We at Shenzhen Tensoroid Technology co., Ltd ( "we", "us", or "our") have created this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal information in connection with operating our business. This Privacy Policy describes the practices concerning the information collected by us, through the use of the Doeviz websites and mobile applications on which this Privacy Policy is posted. This version of the Privacy Policy applies only to users outside of Mainland China.

1. Legal Basis For Processing Data

In this section, we identify the legal grounds on which we rely to process personal information. We also process personal information where necessary to perform our contract with you, such as to provide the services you request, manage your account, and process subscriptions and payments.

In some cases, we have a legitimate interest to process the personal information that we collect, such as to develop, administer and support our products and services; to operate, evaluate and improve our business; to facilitate and manage engagement programs; to promote research; to facilitate a Corporate Transaction (including a sale of assets or merger or acquisition); or to fulfill our contracts with business partners, such as third parties that distribute our products.

It may also be necessary for us to process personal information to establish, exercise or defend against fraud, illegal activity, and claims and other liabilities, including by enforcing the terms and conditions that govern the services we provide.

We collect Automated Information through the use of SDKs and similar technologies.

Automated Information includes information such as:

• Time zone
• Identifiers associated with SDKs or similar technologies that may uniquely identify your device
• Dates and times of access
• Subscription information

We may aggregate, de-identify or anonymize information collected lawfully. Information that can still identify an individual remains protected as personal information; only information that meets the anonymization standards under applicable law is no longer considered personal information. We may lawfully use anonymized information for purposes such as statistical analysis, model training and product improvement.

Third-Party AI Services: Doeviz uses third-party AI services to analyze the content you submit and generate responses. By using Doeviz’s AI services, you give us your express permission and consent to provide the text, images, audio, video and queries you submit to third-party AI service providers for processing, analysis and storage, and you agree that we may use this content to improve Doeviz services.

6. Disclosure

We will keep the personal data we hold confidential but may provide your personal data to:

a. personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers in connection with our operations or services

b. our overseas offices, affiliates and business partners

c. persons under a duty of confidentiality to us

d. persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws in Relevant jurisdiction

e. actual or proposed transferees or participants of our services

Content you submit to Doeviz will not automatically be made available to other users merely because you use our Services.

We retain the images, audio, video and related conversation records you upload. Where these contain personal information, we retain that information only for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods are determined by the type of data, the needs of providing the Services, the needs of lawfully conducting model training and optimization, and statutory retention obligations. We periodically review whether continued retention is necessary. When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, unless continued retention is required by law.

By using our Services, you acknowledge the collection and use of your personal data by us as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the use of your personal data as set out in this Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Service, please do not use the Services.
